Wow wow wow! I have completed W9R3 🎉 When I downloaded the app I just never dreamed I’d actually finish it! I’m so pleased 😁. I’ve not run since Xmas day and have eaten a bucket load of rubbish in between so I really did feel like I was carting a jelly belly with me today 🙈 It was also damp and a bit breezy which, given that I’ve done the majority of this app on a treadmill, made it tougher BUT I did it regardless. I’d just like to thank everyone on here for the positive posts and encouragement, u really have made all the difference in my journey! 😘 I AM A RUNNER!!! 🏃🏻‍♀️

Well if u had asked me this morning mid run, I’d have said I prefer the treadmill! I don’t know actually, both have their advantages I guess. I live on the north coast of Scotland and it gets pretty windy which can seem daunting. I’m also not sure of many routes yet so the treadmill can seem like an easier option. I’m glad I’ve used a treadmill though cos if there’s really bad weather I know I can go to the gym and not miss a run.
