Hi I've just managed to get out and completed week 8 run 1 after a week's break and Christmas excesses of food and no exercise. I was concerned this would be hard and I wouldn't make it but I completed the run and feel so much better for it. If anyone's looking at this procrainating. It will be fine, go for it.

You ran slow and steady for your first run of week 8,despite all that Christmas food you had taken over the last few festive days and no exercise, well done, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 8, won't be too long before you graduate ๐ ๐๐พ.

Thanks for the encouragement. I haven't been able to run for 9 days now. I'm so looking forward to tomorrow when I can get out there again. Dreading it too, Christmas excesses and all that ๐
