Week 9 Run 1 completed this morning with Mum 😀 done a different route to my usual which was nice... just can’t believe I am running for a whole 30 minutes... looking back on my Runkeeper I tried to do that route long before starting C25K and my notes were “I hate running”!!! What a difference a proper training plan and a supportive forum can make 😁
