New beginnings

Welcome, go slow, follow the plan, enjoy. You could fit in a sneaky w1r1 before the 1st 😉

Welcome to the program, when you hear or read the word run think more of a slow jog, ignore distance and just aim to complete the 'run'.
Just take every 'run' slow and steady and you will be fine.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your decision.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Enjoy your journey.

All the tips above, i saw someone asking if anyone else was starting new year, if you can find their post you can spur each other on

Hi 👋
Congratulations on picking a start date and welcome. Post often you will get lots of support here x
Hi Simmi
I too am going to start tomorrow too. I’m also not a runner. I have tried before and got to wk 6 and unfortunately had an injury (not the fault of the program)- I still can’t believe I ran for 20 mins from a puffing panting 60 seconds. Have fun and when she/he says run stick to a slow jog. I’ve tried a few apps and the nhs one is good and you it never fails and runs behind your music
