Just starting week 2 ! It’s hard going but think there may be a runner in me somewhere! Slowly taking it one step at a time πŸ™ˆ

Well done. Those first 2 weeks are the hardest.

Just make sure you take it nice and slow and you'll be fine. Good for you.

I found the first two weeks felt a little surreal, but it will become more real as you go along. Well done on completing week 1, you will smash week 2 if you managed that!

Keep it slow and every time you want to stop slow down instead, either in rhythm or length of stride or both! It really helps keep going and that is the point. Even if you are running on the spot slowly, you are still running!! 😁

One step at a time is the best way to do it! Congratulations on getting through the first week. I think it's one of the hardest!
