So pleased to have completed this in 9 weeks and have enjoyed the challenge. Is there anything similar that I can download for a few weeks/month of maintenance running before I try and move on to 10k.

Congratulations! Great start to 2019. There is an app to 10k, but ju-ju- has a plan on the bridge to 10k forum here that is not only more fun, but also a better way of doing it. Enjoy consolidation and then at journey to 10j
