Hi everyone, I’m making good progress with my C25K. I’m on my W2R2 this afternoon and am starting to look forward to runs and enjoying them too.

Keep going, I'm very envious. I haven't been able to run for 8 days and no chance now until Sunday. I feel like a blob 😐

Hi, I think you are doing so well. It’s because you are itching to get running shows your commitment. Looking a what I’ve read, It’s a good idea to ease your way back in. I know that sound silly as it will only be 10 days or so day you haven’t run, but it’s quite common to over do it at the start of a brake and end up with an injury. Hop you enjoy your run on Sunday. 👍

Thank you for your encouragement. I've obviously got it bad because I wasn't expecting to miss it so much.

I have been given a ronhill everyday jacket for Christmas, it definitely needs road testing. 😁

Hi, many thanks for the warm welcome and thank you for the link too. As I’m new at running and being at a late stage of life, I’m interested in everything that will stop me from getting any injury’s from the onset and taking my time.
