Yes still no pain relief but a slight pain but couldnβt stick it any more so bit the bullet and went for a little jog loved it to be back out there although it was a short run just to see if I could πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

I run πββοΈ today with new trainers π and and I bought some ankle support sock sleeves which you can keep on all day and night very I was unsure about running but couldnβt stick it any more sore done a sort run used a app for warm up before I went and I enjoyed π

pete, i got to w5r3 and had the same problem, been swimming for 2 weeks now and getting better, think i will be back next week. Massages and stretches are working, try them.
