After a 3 hr drive which started at 6 am I eventually hit the park in my running stuff.forgot headphones.As it looked hard I decided to follow the app so had it blurring out loud.I usually do the runs with a stopwatch. DID IT.Now there's no turning back!! I'm getting fit.I'm sticking with the programme now and have told myself I can't stop unless I'm dying.he he....it works.
