Problem with knee

I slipped on a wet floor on Thursday. Thankfully I didn’t fall flat on my face or my jacksy! However I think in stopping myself from falling I twisted my knee. It’s not massively painful but I certainly didn’t want to chance running on it yesterday. Should I rest it for a few days?

Definitely yes. You don’t want to do more damage.

A few days rest is better than none. Wait until you have no pain. Good luck 😊

I would - you don’t want to risk making it worse.

Thank you for support. We had Christmas Day dinner today with our daughter and son in law so happy to rest up for a couple more days

Thank you for the support on here. I have restarted Week4 this evening and ran all sessions including two x 5mins. Really struggled with these before so a good rest was clearly good for me. Made me more determined I think. Plus the knee is fine too. Good news all round 😃
