I think I have what’s called ‘runners knee’ can anyone give me any tips ?? I have completed c25k and now I like to do a 2 mile jog 3 x a week, should I stop jogging for a while (which worries me that i won’t be able to do it again) should I start walking so I’m still moving or stop until healed ? I’m off today to buy a knee brace I’m just hoping they do them big enough as I am on the large side hence my poor knee !!
