Without wanting to bore I'll keep it brief...but I just had to share

Sat =5k ( parky run)

Sun =10k ( early so nice and fresh)

Mon =5k.... I FINALLY DID IT. I MANAGED IT IN 30 MINUTES. YES.YES.YES.OH YES.

Enough said. I'm quite pleased :)

Well done! Also very impressive that you can do a 5km PB a day after running 10km. I could barely walk for a day after running my first 10km!

Brilliant - congrats on the 5k in 30 :) - and also on 20k in 3 days, that's going some. Wow. I take a couple of days rest after a 10k - now I feel lazy... :-|

Thank you I hadn't thought of it like that... And you aren't lazy, I'm just a bit full on this week, Ill spend next week watching the grass grow :) :)

20 in three consecutive days is brilliant. But to finish up by hitting your target time? That's magnificent!

Juicy Juicy Juicy ! ! ! ! !

Thankyou Mr Malcy....I know, I am going to have to have a re-group of my targets ( they are on the fridge). I'm thinking 29 mins by 1st sep????

Hope your birthday was amazing?

Bloody well done!

I'm still not managing 5k three times a week (although I am running for at least 30 mins when I go out) so I'm pretty impressed!

Thankyou so much, and you know what 'silky steve' says..... its not about how fast, its about duration ( sound familiar?!!!), so you are doing brilliantly.

Yowza!!!

20K in 3 days. That's pretty damn good. Well done. And to have finally set a new PB like that on Day 3, brilliant!

I can see why you are 'quite pleased'. Is there just a spoonful of modesty there? Would chuffed to bits be more appropriate?

Well done. (Your little lad must be dead proud of you).
