Without wanting to bore I'll keep it brief...but I just had to share
Sat =5k ( parky run)
Sun =10k ( early so nice and fresh)
Mon =5k.... I FINALLY DID IT. I MANAGED IT IN 30 MINUTES. YES.YES.YES.OH YES.
Enough said. I'm quite pleased

Well done! Also very impressive that you can do a 5km PB a day after running 10km. I could barely walk for a day after running my first 10km!
Brilliant - congrats on the 5k in 30 - and also on 20k in 3 days, that's going some. Wow. I take a couple of days rest after a 10k - now I feel lazy... :-|
Oh very well done! I bet you can't stop grinning! Brilliant achievement, and my goodness what a lot of running.
That's pretty stunning.
And here was I pleased with finding the start of week 7 easy.
Well done !
20 in three consecutive days is brilliant. But to finish up by hitting your target time? That's magnificent!
Juicy Juicy Juicy ! ! ! ! !
Bloody well done!
I'm still not managing 5k three times a week (although I am running for at least 30 mins when I go out) so I'm pretty impressed!
Yowza!!!
20K in 3 days. That's pretty damn good. Well done. And to have finally set a new PB like that on Day 3, brilliant!
I can see why you are 'quite pleased'. Is there just a spoonful of modesty there? Would chuffed to bits be more appropriate?
Well done. (Your little lad must be dead proud of you).
Fantastic Juicyju, 20kms and PB, you are wonder women Shame it's not still 5x50 that's a good amount of kms..... have a rest and enjoy watching the grass grow...lol
Blimey, Meg Ryan, I mean Ju, I felt that one from here! Well done! x
