First time in two and half weeks haven’t had to take pain killers for my Achilles tendinitis fingers crossed might get a little run in the weekend 🤔

Ouch take care the pain killers dont mask the injury and you create more damage without feeling it.

Better a couple days frustrating than a week more serious injury. You could do some press ups 😉 and abs work

Hope it will ok been a lot of ice and pain killers,pinch massage and a lot of stretches and I borrowed a foam roller of my daughter hope you fell better soon wenderwoo I just hope when i get up tomorrow I haven’t got any pain 🤞

Good to hear! Mine took about four months to shift with the aid of physio. So glad it’s gone!

Hey Pete , good luck and take it steady , I’m in the same boat almost with policeman’s heel ( can’t spell the more formal version 😀) I’ve been doing heel raises which have worked wonders I’m planning on getting back running soon after several months out 🙄 bit apprehensive too :)
