This is a photo of the exact place I ran my graduation run last year, the weather that day was not as bad as today.
The photo is of the promenade at Helensburgh on the Firth of Clyde

Wow it’s certainly some storm today. Are you running anywhere or is this a rest day
This is a screen shot photo, I did not take it.
Today I had Christmas Dinner at a golf club, there were 24 people at it, all of them are members of the Thursday walking club that I do every week, so no running for me today.
That’s rough it looks stunning though
Wowsers Al, that looks wild! 🌊 💨
Very wild, I just noticed where it was because I ran, run 3 of week 9 at the same place when there was only a light breeze and the sea was very calm.
It's wild today AlMorr . Hope you enjoyed your lunch 😊😊
Crikey AM - if you were running in that it must have been hard work! But running along the seafront anywhere is always a joy isn’t it!
No I wasn't running today, I would never run in those conditions, I just showed you all that photograph from today because it was the exact place that I ran my graduation run last year on 18th June in much calmer conditions.
Oooof, Alan, thank goodness you’re not there now!!! That is wild but a great picture...I love a windy sea!!
Oh goodness, I’ve never seen Helensburgh looking like that! - But that would be because the ferries were cancelled by the gales & I would have been looking at the Cumbrae like that!! 😂
Wow! Happy runiversary Al
My runiversary is in June, that is the same place that I ran, run 3 of week 9, I hope you are still running in France Franglaise, let me be the first to wish you Bon Noel.
Thank you Al...still running....totally addicted. It was all going so well, almost up to hm distance when injury struck...both knees. So I had 2 weeks forced rest. Tried a short slow run Monday and knees were fine.....until later and one knee started hurting!
Just got up now and knees feel fine but making myself not run!
Im not a physio (wish I was!) but think I just overdid it......
Hope everything is well with you and your world.
Sorry about the knee Franglasise, I am feeling very well indeed, thank you, I have ran 12/ 5K parkruns so far, number 13 this Saturday, 4/10K's and many more shorter runs since graduating last year. I just hope your knee heals soon and you can get back to running injury free.
