Well, I braved the weather and drove to the seaside and set off for my 30 min run, culmination of all the weeks feeling a bit stiff and nervous
Got to 15 min and turned back, gone a lot further than on my 28 min run last week on the same route
Was getting a bit tired and dispirited, self doubt creeping in and I realised that Michael hadn’t given me an update for a while. The app had paused with 14 min to go, probably because my headphones came out...
So I ran to where I started from, so I can only assume I ran for 30min as I wasn’t getting faster
