Well, I completed Wk3r1 last Monday and really loved it. I thought it would be so hard to run for three minutes, but when I did I enjoyed the challenge and found more of a rhythm. However afterwards my dodgy knee started playing up so I decided to have more rest days until it improved. I was going to do Wk3r2 yesterday, but I have now developed some sort of virus with swollen glands, headache and bad cough. I feel too bad to run. When I am better will I have to go back to an earlier run, or can I continue from where I got to?
Frustrated! Feeling ill. : Well, I completed Wk... - Couch to 5K

Sorry to hear about your maladies. Don't worry too much, you will be fine to continue with week 3.
Get well soon.
Thanks Dunder. That is good to know!

Give it a go but don't get too "all or nothing" and risk injury because you push too hard or depressed because you didn't finish. Take it nice and easy - most of us took longer than nine weeks to graduate and only bagged the 5K distance later on
Thanks Irish-John. You are right! I should relax and not get too worried. After all, I have the rest of my life to do it!

I've just restarted after 4 weeks of being ill. I'd completed w5r1 beforehand and like you was unsure where to restart. After great advice on here I decided to do w5r1 again and see how I went, the idea being if I couldn't finish I'd start from w4 again. Less than a week later, today, I've done w5r3! Just take it easy and have extra rest days if needed. Good luck👍
Well done Jalapenolover! I think that sounds like good advice. 😊Can't imagine running at all at the moment as have bad chest infection. 😒
