3 continuous minutes! Me! This app is making a miracle happen. So pleased for getting my lazy backside off the couch and committing to it. Week 1 it all seemed daunting, week 3, it all feels possible 💪🏼

That’s hopeful as I’m just about to start week 3 and 90 seconds to 3 mins seems a big jump

Myself,I find grass hard work.I run on cycle tracks and old railway line, some tarmac some compacted stone.have you taken a look at Japanese slow jogging tequique? Wish I had known about it years ago x

That’s exactly how I run! I guess the aim of the app is to get us running for 30 mins/5K, for me any improvement on speed will be after that. Don’t think I’ll ever be speedy tho 🐌

Hi I did my w1 day 2 yesterday and tried the Japanese slow jogging, what a difference I actually found it very easy ... will maintain this pace until I feel fitter ... day 3 Saturday am... feeling positive about C25k now 😊😊 x

Delighted for you! Well done. Thanks for your update.

I’ve got w3 run 3 tomorrow. Going slow is also helping my aches and pains as I get used to the exercise👟👟

so pleased.yes it is amazing.

when you start running you should not expect to go pounding full pelt, body needs to adjust and be injury free and build up slowly.

well done you !!

I run round and round a track on the village field. It’s flat, so I thought it would be a good place to start. It’s a bit rough, some gravel, some grass. I invested in running shoes before I started. I need to be careful with the old knees so wanted a good cushioned sole. They are brilliant. Worth every penny. Good luck 👟👟

Great job... now imagine how great it’s going to feel running for 10 times longer in a few weeks! Your fitness level is rising quicker than the duration of the runs... all very positive... enjoy the next one.
