First post as did not want to tempt fate. Week 9 run 3 completed this morning, 5.54 km including the 2 x 5 min walks. Started Week 1 run 1 on 6th October. Having not exercised for over 30 years, both surprised and feeling pretty pleased today to have stuck with it through the weather and pain at times. Think I am evidence the programme really works!

Well Done! It certainly does work - I'm going out to run Week 9 run 2 in a minute. I'm getting quite nervous. I know I can do it because I did it 2 days ago, but I'm also worried that I've fluked the whole thing and can't really run at all! Talk about overthinking! Congratulations on graduation. 10K next?
Congratulations, now go and celebrate, great feeling, onwards and upwards π ππΎ π π
