Hi, I'm a bit concerned I haven't been consistent enough due to the weather (lots of flooding) work, gym and not having child minders that I will lose my fitness. I only have 1 more 28min run left and the last time we ran was 10 days ago and before that about a week. Will it matter?

Just run it, as long as you have not been running for over two weeks you have not lost anything with your running.

Go for it, life does get in the way sometimes and these look like good reasons why you’ve had a break. Take it slow and believe in yourself. A final few runs and you’ll graduate this side of Christmas, what a great present to give yourself
