Yesterday was run day but hadnt slept well the night before so when the alarm went off I hit the snooze button a few too many times, thunder storm when I got home from work so that was the second excuse!
Today is a new day and I was awake at 4.15 so up I got trainers on and off I went and did it closer to home around the local park, now back home feeling tired but good and with wet soggy toes having a big drink of water and ready for the long day ahead!

Good on you, its hard sometimes to get out but we'll worth it when you do.
Best time of the day! I only managed to get up tgat early once. I run after work but ideally early morning would be best! Im only on week 3 so long way to go yet! Well done you!
I was exactly the same in the earlier wks, trust me you can do it. I havent ran since I was at school and I had a dodgy back when I started aswell as being over weight (still am) . The support on here is brilliant there is always someone who has had similar experience or has the same question.
