Now running second week

Got a stitch while ruining what causes this ?

what should I do if this happens again

Should I stop ruining stop walking ?

Has any one got some tips

I too suffered with the stitch in the first couple of weeks, make sure you are drinking plenty of water everyday and take deep breathes as you run. That’s the advise I was given and it seems to work for means I’m now onto week 6.

Week 2 run 2 went like a dream no issues or stitches

It is to do with your breathing and your diaphragm. Try some tummy breathing (tummy fills like a balloon when you breathe in, contracts back in when you breathe out).

Drink lots of water-even on your rest days. And slooooooooooow your running down 👍🏻

Usually going to fast can cause this , so slow down . 😊

I sometimes get stitch in my side and even in my shoulder! I find slowing down can help. Also deep, slow breathing, in through the nose and out through the mouth and massaging the affected area.
