I am back at running 6 weeks after 2 year off and I am now running 4.5 km almost non stop. I am delighted as I am running twice a week and finding it easy. Aiming to do the parkrun by Christmas. Can I do it ??

The answer to the last question, YES, of course you will do it, well done on running 4.5K in 31 minutes, if you have completed week 6 run 3, congratulations, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER ππΎ π, onwards and upwards to week 7, your graduation run of week 9 and that Christmas π€Ά π parkrun.
Thanks I can do parkrun, the sooner the better!
Indeed, you don't need to wait until Christmas, π€Ά π just register at the parkrun website, get a printout of your barcode and run one of the weeks of C25K, that will be run 3 of week 8 and your graduation run.
