43:45mins slow Park Run but I did it!! Showed up as a PB in the results as I have previously fast walked two. 🤣 Lots of Laughter as at least I now know that I run faster than I walk!!

It’s taken me about 8 weeks since graduation to attempt it ... once I had done x3 5K consolidation runs I felt ready to give it a whirl!

Thanks so much. I’ve still only ever tackled one ParkRun, though, as the one near me is basically on a massive hill! That still scares me too much for now. 😳
