Can't actually believe I've just ran for 25 mins with no stopping 😊😊 I was so negative about this run telling myself there's no way I could do it even tho I've read so many encouraging posts on here.... but hey a bit of determination n inner strength goes a long way

It wasn't easy n I was gonna give up after 5 mins but once I got half way I gave myself a talking too n kept going....those last 5 mins were so hard πŸ˜“πŸ˜“ but kept telling myself I've done 5 mins easily loads of times....n finally Laura told me I'm a runner so it must be true

im a bit behind schedule due to work etc but I will finish this before Xmas, looking forward to wk 7 to see if i can run this length of time again with a bit more ease .... I AM a runner ....my new mantra for those negative thoughts moments

Well done! That's brilliant. Week six (for me) was the hardest. Once i'd nailed it I was so relieved

Just keep progressing by running oh-so slowly. Do not speed up. it's all about slow running and rest days. Then all will be well. The last thing we need is an injury at this point in the proceedings

Have fun with it and look forward to Graduation.

Good luck and happy running

I've definitely found this the hardest week and was nearly giving up cause I was sure I couldn't manage the longer runs ... so happy, I'm 51 and have never ran probably since primary school but I'm actually starting to enjoy this ....wk7 here I come 😊😊

Yes you are a runner, you just ran 25 minutes non stop. Just shows what you can achieve with the right plan and great effort. Well done you πŸ€—πŸ€—

Keep repeating this to yourself:

If I can run for 20 minutes, then I can run for 25,

If I can run for 25 minutes, then I can run for 28,

If I can run for 28 minutes, then I can run for 30,

If I can run for 30 minutes, then I can graduate.

Just keep plodding along, trust the program and believe in yourself and you will be surprised at what you can do.

🍾 awesome. Great milestone achieved.

Boy those first 5 minutes really suck dont they? They only thing that keeps me going sometimes, is knowing it gets easier once you break that barrier.

Well done, onwards and upwards to week 7 now when you get to do it all over again :-)
