Well done. Keep progressing very slowly!!! No more than 10% increase in distance per week and done at a slow pace

Great effort, are you on a plan for the runs to 10k or taking a nice relaxed approach?
Nice relaxed approach, if you can call it that. Just aiming to gradually increase distance by 10% ish at a time.
