Or so it should have been but it never happened this morning.
Normally try to run mid mornings but was suffering with a bit of a sore throat and the weather has been relentless. I don't mind running in the rain but I know that everywhere would be hazardous and didn't fancy falling flat on my face! I did redeem myself with 30 minutes of stretch and flex though. Now going to aim for Thursday as I am doing pilates tomorrow. I am also doing the Santa Dash 5K on Sunday in aid of the Firefighters charity and hope to graduate then (there will be plenty of walkers so will just do my 30mins of running and walk the rest).
I had been looking forward to Week 9 as I have with all my runs but I've seemed to have lost my enthusiasm this week. Is that normal?

You definitely don't want to fall and injure yourself. Hopefully Thursday will be better and how exciting to do the Santa dash as your graduation run. Now that's one you'll never forget.
