Penultimate C25k run done! I was planning on doing this run outside but because of circumstances I had to use my treadmill. 30 minutes seems soooooo long on a treadmill!

As the weather has been so glorious my shed was again stuffy so I switched my fan on (forgot it was there Tuesday). I found today's run a lot better than the last I just hope it continues for my graduation run which will be on Saturday at my local park run unless the hills beat me again, in which case I'll graduate Monday instead!

I'm sure you'll do brilliantly Patrick I'm just going to take it really slowly especially uphill. Let us all know how you get on and good luck! :)

I've got an 8km assault course next weekend! Lots of stopping and starting though so not going to push myself. Long term I really hope to enter a 10k race before the end of the year so I'll probably follow the the plan on here in preparation. Short term - have a nice glass of wine! :)

Ha ha fab !

My very first pug was called Poppy ( hence my user name ) She was a rescue pug, a cruelty case . She only had one eye, bless her .

She was an absolute diamond from the first day I got her to the day she passed away in my arms .

Ive got 2 rescue pugs now. Rocky is my beige pug he's 7 and Doug , my black pug is 5.

They are both little characters , I wouldnt swap 'em for a gold brick ! :-) xxx

Aww, how lovely/sad! Great that they're rescues too. My Poppy can drive me nuts but that's her character and she's the most loving dog. My son takes her on runs with him so I might try once I graduate :) xxx
