Completed W6 run 1 yesterday - slow and steady but I did it :) aged 59 and never run before starting this. Am amazed by how much I'm enjoying it although I am very slow, run 2 tomorrow!

Slow is good!! 🐌 It builds up your muscles & gives you stamina without injury!!! You are doing a great job! Well done!! 👍👏🎈

oh wow Kittycattie, you're an inspiration to me. I'm 60 and taking it slow. I'm on my 5th week and doing my second week of level 2. Mind you my park has some slight hills which hold an extra challenge. I'm impressed by you though.

Hi, good luck as you make your way through the programme, I found it OK so far as long as I take it slowly

Well done - slow and steady is good but more important that you're enjoying running . I graduated a few months before my 69th December birthday last year and continue to run three times a week . It's amazing how as initially non runners C25k can get us out there running for 30 minutes...........
