Thanks #slinkyminky just wished I could feel like I'm running a bit more, still slow but I do feel great to have done it with no stopping would never have believed I could 😁 Here's to week 7!

I know what you mean, I feel the same, but advice on here is always not to worry about speed but to focus on getting the time done, so I try not to worry about it. There's no way I'd ever have believed I could run for 25 mins so I'm amazed I can.

Heres to week 7 for you; enjoy X

Well done. Did mine this morning at 430 and yes I am still buzzing.

I hope you are as happy with your progress as me. Would have laughed if some said 6 weeks ago you would run for 25 minutes.

Thanks aliboo, it's hayfever in my house that helps me wake up, but I'm not the sufferer - but empathise as its a miserable time if year for those who doπŸ˜•

Yayy! Well done I'm so happy for you and so jealous, I think we were at the same week but I fell behind with 3 days off and abandoned W6R1 2 days ago. Keep up the good work. xx
