Lovely easy run, quicker steady pace. Ran on single track lane (an ancient roman road) alongside empty fields & oceans of sky down to the river & back. Feeling great ๐Ÿ‘ and all set for Tuesdayโ€™s graduation run. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Good thanks I did my first post graduation parkrun and managed to run most of it so chuffed with that. Iโ€™m hoping to get to 5K this week x
