Lovely easy run, quicker steady pace. Ran on single track lane (an ancient roman road) alongside empty fields & oceans of sky down to the river & back. Feeling great 👍 and all set for Tuesday’s graduation run. 😊👍

Good thanks I did my first post graduation parkrun and managed to run most of it so chuffed with that. I’m hoping to get to 5K this week x
