So today is/was a run day but when I woke up at 6 this morning my body felt weary. I went for a short bike ride yesterday which was half uphill ( it was downhill on the way back πŸ˜‚ ). It obviously took a toll on my legs. I decided to leave it for today,,,,,,,,,I want another run like my last run. So leisurely lunch instead. Well I am on holiday πŸ˜‰
