Never Give Up

Well it’s was 12th May 2018 that my wife and I started Cto5k to help my battle with Ptsd and depression. We got to week 8 run 2 so nearly got to the end. My wife had a fall and tore ligaments and I was told that I had arthritis in hips and must stop.. so today we’re doing it again...!

We’ve both missed it so much and well I was brought up with the mantra WHO DARES WINS..! So here we go..!

Welcome back and a huge well done you!

And.. to add my husband's favourite quote...

"Per ardua ad astra "

Through adversity to the stars. You are both going to do this, and will be right here beside you!
