Keep up the regular runs, drink lots and generally look after the inner athlete that you just found.
Look up NHS C25K Stepping stones.
These are three podcasts that I used in your situation.
Laura talks you through some slightly different runs aimed at improving you very gently. One for speed, one for endurance Etc.
You won't necessarily like all of them. That helps you decide.
Do get used to just jogging along for 30 mins first though for a week or two.
Bask in the glory of completing that tough task.
Look back to those first few 90 second runs In weeks one and two.
Didnβt they seem hard?
