..,on Hove seafront but I still completed run 7.2. Right knee feels a little tight so I’ll give it a bit of rice otherwise roll on week 7!

If you can, try and give yourself two days off. Good for self-control plus this may be your knee complaining at the recent lack of rest days and you don't want to make it worse 🤞🏻

Got the leg elevated. Do you put the peas on the front of your knee or behind it?

Wherever you feel the pain! You can do both if necessary. Hope Resting & icing sorts it out soon.

Don't forget your leg strengthening exercises on non-run days. If nothing else, do squats !!
