Which week or run are you on? perhaps all that huffing and puffing was caused by you going too fast but the "never again" suggests that you have given up running altogether which is a pity.
no....I've not given up...never again will I criticise so easily. I am on week 4 run 1 so just stepped it up a bit. Definitely not going too fast...I feel as though I am barely moving
Congratulations, that is great news, just take all the runs slowly and slower than you have been recently, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍
