Well done you, if you enjoyed that then you'll enjoy the next few weeks! Be careful of week 6 runs 1 and 2, they're intervals and have been known to throw a couple of people off their rhythm.
Thanks Grannytobe - probably looked really stupid but I just don’t care now! (Think the dayglo, woolies hat and purple shoes may already have given that impression🤣). Dogs really enjoying it to and she gives me that extra encouragement to keep going when it gets tough!
Ta! I’m so utterly utterly chuffed with myself!... now time to put my ‘work face’ on... could be a bit of a challenge not to grin like a loonie at everyone!!!
Aw thanks, l really enjoyed it and found it easier to keep going than doing the day 2 run when I struggled to get going again after the midway walk. Enjoy your day 3 run when it comes 👍
Planning to do w5d3 on Saturday. I will be up at the coast so planning to do it beside the sea. Hoping the beautiful scenery will distract me from my plight! Well done again for your run. It’s interesting that you found the longer run easier than the stopping and starting.
Congratulations to you 2flatfeet on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, you should be very proud of yourself for completing that run. 🏃🏾 👍
Thanks! I’ve just about stopped grinning now.. just about!!! I will keep that in mind about the next week’s runs - don’t think dogs going to be pleased having to walk bits again!😊
Well done! Just completed run 3 just now and reading your post last night made me feel like I could do it today. So happy to get this over with, I had made it a huge hurdle in my head but when you read that others had done it it makes you feel like you can to, thank you!
