6.3 done and dusted...sorry I had to break a rest day rule to bring myself back on schedule. Still smashing it though, blowing hard through my balaclava! Look like a terr jogging along the seafront! Don't worry it's the skiing kind not full on IRA hit squad! Merino wool - allows me to breath without getting that taste of blood in my throat and keeps my ears warm! Promise I won't run tomorrow!
Cold and dry on the seafront today - bright too but the pic looks dark as I was shooting into the bright sun.
9 runs left!

Congratulations On completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, well done, onwards and upwards to week, 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs 🏃🏾 👍
Thank you! You know what I love about this process is the sense of success! The sense of beating the odds! The sense of always being able to go one better...
Great, and a lovely photo. Do be careful with the consecutive runs, the plan is designed to minimise the risk of injury. Trust me, the injury couch is a frustrating place to be.....
Don’t worry...now I’m at W7 I will defo rest between runs. However, I am amazed that I feel like I could go out and run it again today! Also amazed that I actually WANT to!
Well done Enxo !! Must admit I’ve done that too but a couple of weeks ago - just to get back to my usual days- I hate being out of whack beautiful pic too 😁
