-3 but no excuses

If ever there was a night to cry off it was tonight. But I wouldn’t listen to the inner devil telling me to just turn heating up and stay home so I got out for another run... was very proud of myself for layering up and getting out in the freezing cold!

I decided to repeat W1 as my first run wasn’t the greatest and I still feel I need to build up a little stamina, however I feel like my pace is building gradually and I could probably have run longer.

Good run all in all!

It's going to be even colder here tonight, Buddy, the temperature at my local Cumbernauld Weather Station at 10 PM is -5C/23F. by the morning it's could be as low as -8C/18F, so get the heating on higher, keep warm.

Hi Friedflamingo, I notice that your original post was 10 days ago when you were going to repeat week 1, I assume that you will now be on week 3 of C25K,

Both me and Buddy34 have graduated from C25K and I met her at Drumpelliier parkrun a few weeks ago.

If you get to at least week 5 or 6 you could register for Parkrun and who knows you might be able to run at Drumpellier parkrun soon. 😊 🏃🏾

Hi AlMorr, I’m still on W2 as progress has been a bit slow (but steady), but when I get to w5/6 I’d love to have a go at DrumP if I feel ready. Be good to have some running buddies too. I’ll keep in touch and let you know how I’m getting on!
