I'm pretty exciting to know that I'm on the road to 30mins of running. I'm always amazed when leg stiffness starts to set in sometime late on the rest day. I take it as a reminder that the body is using the day for healing (even if there's more to it than that).
Like others I'm feeling that next week (W5) is the serious running week and have no idea how I'll handle the 20mins nonstop on D3. Still, I'm up for it, mostly because this page and community makes me accountable. Thanks, everyone for sharing in the adventure.

You aren't alone when you think about week 5, just about anyone that has ever done the program looks at week 5 and thinks someone was smoking something strange when they though of this BUT, it's all in your head.
Just treat all the runs the same, ignore the time, the only part of you that has any concept of time is your brain, the rest of you doesn't know what a minute is.
All your body knows is is that it is being asked to do more of this running thing, something that is a natural thing by the way.
Just take each run slow and steady, the program is preparing your body and week 5 allows you to prepare your mind.
Yes you are on the road to running for 30 minutes and you are quite a way down it, this next week will see you continue on that journey, relax and enjoy it.
Well done on 1st 4 weeks. Just believe in the plan and yourself. You started this to reach 30mins so need to do 20 to get there. Runs 1 and 2 set you up beautifully for run 3. Enjoy the freedom of that run without start/stops its fabulous
