Onto week eight at the gym on the treadmill. Have found the advice of slowing down to go the distance so helpful, as well as keep my body straight, shoulders relaxed and back . Made such a difference to last two runs on week 7

It's so interesting to read about the way you are getting in touch with how your body works! I can tell now when I'm too tense. Never really recognised it before I started running!
