Thank you! π Wasn't that easy, but that was mainly because it wasn't my day at all (hadn't slept well, was stressed out, had to squeeze the run in between two appointments, wheather was awful, too many uphill parts). But in the end I just wanted to keep running. π If I can do it, you can do it, too!!

Also, I had a few warnings about the first W6 run being unexpectedly hard. It wasnβt that hard, but just make sure you set out slowly π
