I couple of weeks ago I posted about foot pain. Running shop said it was to do with my laces but that didn’t help. Physio helped a bit but my last 2 runs have been very painful again and I had to stop today. Top of my foot towards the outside looks quite swollen and bruised. I think it may be anterior tibialis tendon.
I am gutted. I am going to have a week off to rest it and try and find some appropriate stretches. Then I might restart back at the earlier stages of C25K. Pretty gutted, don’t feel like I’ve made any progress since graduating a month ago. Just not enjoying running any more.
