I am due to do run3 of week 5 tonight...20 mins ALL IN ONE GO. Im not really feeling it but scared if i postpone i may quit 😫 any tips in getting past the wall in willpower much appreciated

Don't worry , all the runs up until now have prepared you for it. Just go slow and slow down some more.

Like Buddy says the plan prepares you all the way with the previous runs . You can do this. Slow your pace and just keep putting one foot in front of the other .

Look at your view , count listen to your music .

Just give it a go - I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by how you get on. And the buzz afterwards is amazing! Lots of us felt daunted before doing this run but all your work over the last few weeks means that you are ready for it. ☺
