I did it!! So proud of myself for getting to the end of Week 8! When I started this program I was struggling to run for 60secs and today I ran for 28 minutes (albeit very slowly) at 6:30am and felt good about it! It certainly helped that it was dry this morning & I have a beautiful place to run! Really looking forward to completing C25k in the next week!!! Not something that I thought I would ever say, having never done anything like this before & always avoided exercise in the past so for those of you just starting out - keep going!

Congratulations, it's an amazing plan isn't it? I'm also constantly amazed I'm in week 8 ( it has however taken almost 6 months I had a bit of a gap in the summer!) 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️

That's wonderful! You can be so proud of yourself! 😁 The speed is not important. But running for 28 minutes without a break is a great achievement 😊
