I came, I saw I conquered, my first high altitude, very hilly run! The after glow almost as good as graduation! 30 mins to do 3K 🤣 but I did it!!

Looks beautiful. Fantastic run at altitude you’ll really notice the difference at sea level for a bit , grab some pb’s 😃 I will tackle slightly steeper slopes tomorrow you’ve given me the nudge I need. Happy holiday

Thank you too! 🤗 I’ve been enjoying the strengthening exercises and yoga, although I haven’t been that great at it 😂. That will keep me in an active routine in the meantime. I guess that’s the silver lining. I probably wouldn’t have started doing them if it wasn’t for those niggles 😳😂. ❤️
