Just started week four running more than walking. Did week three run a couple of extra times. Glad I did. Longer run felt ok.

Well done Rocky703 ...it's ok to repeat runs if you think it will help you. Just because it's a 9 week plan doesn't mean it has to be 9 weeks, I know it took me longer. You're doing brilliantly

Great effort, keep going, listening to your body. If you feel you need to repeat weeks that’s fine. This should be both manageable and enjoyable.
