Week 4!

Yesterday completed w4R1 and it seemed like quite a bit jump from week 3. It was difficult but manageable when I slowed right down! Was surprised to hear that I had run for a total of 16 mins! Nervous but excited about tomorrow! Hope rain stays away.

That's it! Trust the programme, take it slow and steady and you really can do it 👍🏻😁
