First 5k for November felt good had more left so must be improving and took it slower running with my agility trainer getting her back up to 30 mins running. Did go our own ways at end but back together for warm down walk. Very pleased with result keeping the miles on the legs. All good exercise. Got date for CT Scan 13th November can’t let that bug me will continue to run and train. Good running all.

Great you've got your running to keep you busy. When do you start your training for your HM😊

Pretty much started it now 3 or 4 miles in week longer run at weekend where possible. I have 16 weeks Sunday so hopefully should be sufficient. Most of the plans checked already around week 8 or 9 with what I am already running.

It’s great to run with someone else even if you don’t match pace for pace

Good luck with your scan
