I made it to week 2 and I'm happy. I never thought I would enjoy running yet here I am enjoying it.
Upping the run time seemed pretty daunting at first but I was pleasantly surprised when it didn't affect me as much as I thought it would.
I also made some mistakes in the first weeks with not reading the instructions properly and was doing a total of 20 mins not the 25 I should have been doing (warm up included). So w2r1 was a bit harder with the extra time.
Can't wait to see how I go with the rest of the C25K!

Great for getting to wk2. Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day about 2-3 litres. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck ππ
