Week 7run2again!! By mistake😖

ever get one of those days!!!! After traveling for 4hrs in a car thought I'd get changed into my running gear & get out there for my final week7 run 3😊. Different route! A few wee inclines and a BIG struggle again( thought nights was my best time ha ha!!! Maybe it was 4hrs sitting in a car) anyway made it! last 25mins not as fast as first two but still made it all running😊 then looked at my completed week & had forgot to move on to run3 grrrr...... So annoyed at myself!!! Now what do I do next time! Run 3 or go to week 8 run 1!!! Honestly decisions! I'm getting so wrapped up in this running ha ha!! Thought as weeks progressed I would too but week 7 I found quite challenging & questioning what I'm doing wrong! It just last 2 runs a bit disappointing!! Too much expectations me thinks!! So trying to keep positive! Not sure if maybe doing it too much as tend to do every second night to keep the momentum instead of just 3 days a week!! Any one else struggling at week 7! 😊😊Phyllis x

My week 7 was the toughest for some reason. I think it is our bodies readjusting to run at constant pace vs combined running in previous weeks. Week 8 was bit better but still tough. Week 9 you'll be flying. 😀

O I do hope so😊😊😊 I was so motivated up to week six & week7 run1! However il give my self a talking too & get back out there😂thanks for keeping me going!! Phyllis

If you've done 3 X 25 minutes, then it's on to week 8! If you're running with Laura then you're going to either love or hate week 8 music😂. You're going great guns, graduation is just around the corner. Well done!

Move on to week 8! You've completed the week 7 runs now regardless of which one was playing in your ear 😉

I find every run tough especially the first 10 minutes so don't beat yourself up! You've only got 6 more runs left....keep going, you can do this!!!!

Hi Phyllis - I am also struggling this week - R1 was bad! R2 was great! and R3 was cut short due to serious cramp in my calf - its the first time I've ever cut one short and I felt really disheartened - but I just have to get back out there and do R3 again!

When you say you did R2 again do you mean on the One You app? I have been using the podcast instead so just updating the other one to show my progress (you can skip through it and just record how you feel) that's what I've done! So I would move onto Week 8! Well done you x

End of W7 and W8R1 have both been tough. Ploughing on and ignoring the tired legs and pesky gremlins. Am sure you can do it,in fact you are 😀 Happy running 👟🏃👟🏃
